SHIPPING
Within Australia, we use an independant courier service and can track and trace the status of your parcel online 24/7 any purchase. We endeavour to get your order processed and out for delivery by the next business day, however please allow 2-7 days for delivery depending on your location. Standard freight costs per item are as follows: VIC-$19, NSW, QLD & SA-$29, WA-$39, NT-$59. Some rural areas may fall outside the fixed rate shipping zones and will be quoted at the time of order.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. No credit card details are retained by Strenghtpoint Fitness.

CURRENCY
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

If an order is placed with us, we need to hold information including your name, address, email address and telephone number. We do not hold or store credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with us, we hope you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item, subject to adhering to these terms:

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from delivery. Items outside this period will not be accepted.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered in its original condition.

All tags must remain attached if returning any goods. Once the tag has been removed, the item cannot be returned.

All returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase.

When returning any goods, please contact us for a returns number on either (03) 9005 8508 or email us at customerservice@strengthpoint.com.au Once you have this please complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel and send the item back along with your returns form. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returns are sent back using a traceable method, taking note of your tracking number. If for any reason the item gets lost in the mail, Strengthpoint Fitness is not responsible and will not refund or exchange to compensate the customer.

Reduced or Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items. Please choose carefully.
